That is where we come in. We help make complex stories understandable, engaging, and fun. Everyone has a story to tell. At Ideeuh, we have the tools to help you tell it better. We call it our “IDEE-ation Process.”
The IDEE-ation (IDEEUH + Creation) Process
1. Story Definition
This step defines the scope of the piece or the project, establishes the number of episodes and topics, and lays out a timeline and project budget.
2. SME Debrief
Because the details matter, once we have a scope we meet with your Subject Matter Experts, either virtually or in person, to get the material for the initial scripting of each piece.
3. Script Authorization
Working with SMEs and other stakeholders, we’ll move from initial script, through script review, to approved scripts. This can be in groups or video by video, depending on the project scale.
4. Storyboarding
With an approved script, we’ll design a text based storyboard that explains the visuals for each scene. This allows our creative team to move forward with developing a rough cut animation for review.
5. Audio Tracking
With scripting approved and no issues on the storyboards, we’ll record the audio track for the piece. If there is no spoken audio, we’ll just select the appropriate background music for the feel you are going for.
6. Rough Cut Review
Once the audio and video are meshed together and the animations timed, you’ll have one more review of the piece to make any needed final adjustments, (like that joke that just didn’t quite land the way you anticipated.)
Across the Finish Line
After a final polish to get the volume levels just right and the timings perfected, we’ll output your video and send you a 1080p finished file!
